The Logistics & Operations Coordinator position combines a technical and manual role with an organizational dimension. As the point of reference for inventory, logistics flows and after-sales service, he/she is the linchpin of logistics operations in the field (receipts, shipments, repairs, etc.), while ensuring that inventory and the workshop are well organized on a day-to-day basis. He/she ensures rigorous management and fluid circulation of information, in the interests of overall operational performance and customer satisfaction.
MISSIONS
1. Inventory management
- Manage raw materials and finished goods inventories: reception, storage, monitoring of levels and reliability, conformity of stored products.
- Organize annual inventories in the various storage areas.
- Monitor specific stocks (test fleet, used products (RE-USE), leased products) and keep all stock levels up to date in management tools (B2C and B2B platforms, test fleet).
2. Logistics flow management
- Organize logistics flows: factory supplies, factory deliveries, deliveries to warehouses, inter-warehouse transfers, all-channel sales, after-sales service flows and other shipments.
- Coordinate shipments from start to finish: packaging, communication with carriers, ordering supplies, sending commercial documents, tracking deliveries.
- Report key information to customer service (lead times, shortages, shipping status, after-sales returns) and alert in the event of anomalies (suspicious orders, shortages, tool malfunctions).
- Participate in discussions and negotiations with logistics partners.
- Act as an internal point of reference for logistics issues, and contribute to the seamless integration of logistics into collective tools (ERP, back-office, e-commerce platforms, cross-functional processes).
3. Workshop organization and after-sales service
- Organize and contribute directly to the workshop's day-to-day operations (excluding prototyping): after-sales repairs, small-scale production, machine maintenance, supplies, storage, routine maintenance.
- Receive, inspect, diagnose, estimate and repair (or have repaired) according to established standards products in after-sales / rental / RE-USE / test park.
- Ensure that repaired products leave the workshop and are shipped back to customers, after validation with customer service.
- Optimize workshop productivity and participate in the continuous improvement of after-sales operations.
- Provide R&D with feedback on observed product improvement points.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management and/or operations coordination, ideally in an industrial, e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and inventory management software (ERP, WMS, e-commerce platforms).
- At ease with Excel and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking of indicators.
- Sense of service and passion for logistics issues.
- Organizational skills and rigor to reliably manage several activities in parallel.
- Ability to perform technical and manual tasks (reception, preparation, quality control, simple repairs).
- Basic knowledge of customs formalities and international transport.
- Professional English essential for exchanges with certain suppliers and partners.
