Finalize your purchases
From the shopping cart page, you have the choice to finalize your purchases in 1-click or to click on the "PAYMENT" or "ORDER" button.
The order then takes place in 3 steps:
- Fill in your contact details and delivery address;
- Choose the shipping method;
- Fill in your bank details.
You can then click on the button "VALIDATE PAYMENT". The amount of your order is only debited from your account once your order has been validated via the payment interface.

Payments made on the www.samaya-equipment.com website are made via online payment interfaces.
Consequently, none of your banking information circulates on the www.samaya-equipment.com website, and none of this information is transmitted to the Samaya company.
Credit card payments are made using the Stripe application. This solution complies with French and international interbank security standards.
All bank data entered is fully encrypted using SSL technology.
To prevent fraud, the 3D Secure verification protocol is activated. In most cases, this verification system will send you an SMS or notification on your bank's mobile application to validate the payment.
Bank transfer payments are made via the Mollie application. This solution uses SOFORT, BANCONTACT and SEPA payment methods, depending on the user's country.
Payments by PayPal are made via the www.paypal.com website. Samaya does not receive any of your information registered in PayPal.
Apple Pay payments are offered by Apple. Apple Pay uses cards associated with your Apple ID. Apple Pay stores only a portion of your card and device account numbers. Payment by Apple Pay is not available in Brazil, mainland China, Japan and Russia.
The company Samaya does not receive any of your Apple information.
Payments in instalments are available with bank cards issued in France for a minimum amount of €1,000. They are made with the Alma application, directly from their payment interface.
Additional information (such as a request to consult your accounts, for example) may be requested in order to increase security and reduce the risk of fraud. The 3D Secure verification protocol is also activated to prevent fraud.
Alma allows you to pay in 3 instalments: For payments in 3 instalments, you will be debited on the date of purchase, then one month later, then two months later.

Deliveries to the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United States (USA) are shipped DDP and are not subject to additional charges and/or taxes.

Deliveries to other countries are shipped DAP and may be subject to charges and/or taxes.

Find out more about home delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (subject to company working days). Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Home deliveries are made by Colissimo or Chronopost for France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Shipments to other countries are made by Colissimo, DHL or UPS.
Delivery time for shipments by Colissimo in mainland France is 4 to 6 working days.
For shipments by Colissimo outside mainland France, delivery time is 5 to 8 working days.
For express deliveries with Chronopost, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for France and 2 to 3 working days for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For express deliveries with UPS, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Learn more about returns
Samaya has a 14-day returns policy: you therefore have 14 days from receipt of your order to send it back to us.
Please contact us by e-mail (contact@samaya-equipment.com) or by telephone (+33 4 83 43 08 30) to obtain your return slip. Products must be returned to :

Products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging intact, accompanied by accessories and labels and a copy of the purchase invoice. You do not have to justify the reasons for your return or pay any penalties.
If you return your entire order, shipping costs will be included in the refund. If you return only one product and your original order included several products, only the price of the returned product will be refunded.
Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to sender. The costs and risks related to the return of products will be borne by the sender once the prescribed time limit has passed.
No returns will be accepted on personalized products.
