Based in the heart of the Alps, Samaya is a French brand of technical equipment created in 2018 by mountaineers convinced that the ideal tent had yet to be imagined.

Samaya is passionately committed to reinventing lightweight roaming and simplifying access to overnight stays in the mountains, whether for expeditions in extreme conditions or for experiences in more accessible locations.

Samaya s ambition is to help create the conditions for the elevation of the spirit. This begins with the working environment for its team, on a 1,000 m² site close to Lake Annecy.

At Samaya High Camp, Samaya brings together large, open, modern offices, a showroom, a prototyping and production workshop, a research area with a laboratory and test benches, and a young, dynamic team always ready for a trip to the mountains or a friendly get-together!

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

Vous ferez partie intégrante de l’équipe commerciale et serez en interaction avec l’ensemble des pôles de l’entreprise. Vous serez en contact direct avec nos clients BtoB comme BtoC et jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de vente ainsi que la satisfaction de nos clients.

 

SERVICE CLIENT :

• Conseil client BtoC par téléphone, e-mail, chat et en physique dans notre showroom ou sur des évènements
• Traitement des demandes et réclamations des clients BtoB & BtoC
• Gestion du service après-vente et de la satisfaction client
• Soutien technique aux commerciaux
• Vente (module de formation aux techniques de vente Samaya)

 

LOGISTIQUE :

• Gestion et suivi des commandes BtoB / BtoC
• Gestion et suivi des factures BtoB / BtoC
• Gestion et suivi des expéditions BtoB / BtoC / parc test
• Maintenance et suivi du parc test
• Gestion et suivi du Service Après Vente

• Vous êtes passionné(e) de sports outdoor
• Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous aimez les choses bien faites
• Vous aimez travailler en équipe
• Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais professionnel
