THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, the Administrative and Financial Assistant (M/F) will be a key player in the company's administrative and financial management. He/she will be in charge of accounting data entry and will contribute to the company's sound accounting management. He/she will participate in the administrative management of personnel and work in support of the RAF on administrative matters. He/she will work hand in hand with the sales department on sales administration.

 

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT :

- Management of customer/supplier invoices;
- Entry of daily accounting transactions, reconciliation and bank reconciliation;

Allocation of income and expense accounts;
-
Collaboration in the preparation of accounting and financial statements, in particular interim/final balance sheets;
- Assistance with VAT returns for France and other countries where the company has tax representation;

Customer collection;
-
Participation in the budgetary process and management control;

Help with setting up and monitoring financing.

 

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT :

- Participation in the administrative management of human resources (staff integration and exit processes, distribution of recruitment offers, compulsory postings);
- Participation in the monitoring of data relating to payroll, leave, reimbursement of personnel expenses and occupational medicine;

Helping to organize and implement the staff training plan.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT :

- Participation in premises stewardship (ordering supplies and consumables, relations with external service providers for premises maintenance and security);
- Participation in contract database management and collection of legal documents;

Help in structuring accounting and administrative procedures.
