THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
As After-Sales, Stocks & Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in Samaya's textile workshop. You will be involved in after-sales service, material and finished product inventory management and production support. Your mission: to ensure the smooth running of these operations in collaboration with a passionate team, while contributing to our goal of excellence in outdoor equipment. This versatile position is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of textile innovation in an inspiring environment in the heart of the Alps.
MISSIONS
1. Inventory management and logistics
Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory: reception, storage and monitoring of stock levels.
Organize shipping logistics (packaging, removal from stock, contact with carrier, etc.).
Organize production output on the shop floor (labeling, packaging, etc.).
2. After-sales service management
Receive and monitor after-sales products in the workshop.
Train and carry out repairs on after-sales products.
Hand over after-sales products from the workshop to customer service teams.
3. Production support
Monitor and adjust production schedules according to priorities defined by managers.
Participate in the organization of material and product flows on the production line with garment teams.
Prepare parts required for garment production (cutting, sorting, etc.).).
Carry out simple technical operations (eyelet fitting, cutting, pressing) in support of production.
Contribute to quality control of finished products.
Maintain order and organization in the workshop.
Participate in basic maintenance of workshop machines (routine servicing).
