Samaya is a young, fast-growing French tent brand created by mountaineers who were convinced that the ideal tent had yet to be imagined. The company combines all its know-how and creativity to offer the world state-of-the-art products.

Samaya imagines its "rooms with a view" in Annecy, then tests them at altitude in Chamonix and on the world's highest peaks before offering them to mountaineers the world over. Today, Samaya products accompany the world's top mountaineers and himalayists.
SAMAYA HIGH CAMP
As part of its expansion plans, Samaya recently moved into new premises near Lake Annecy.
On a surface area of 1,000 m2, Samaya gathers in the 'Samaya High Camp' :
- Large, modern, open-plan offices;
- A space for presenting the tents to the public and training sales forces;
- A prototyping and production workshop;
- A research space with a laboratory and test bench;
- A young, friendly team always ready for a mountain outing or a convivial moment.

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
As part of the E-Commerce & Marketing department, you will work closely with the Product Experience Manager and become infallible on products, their users, and the various uses they intersect. Whether through discussions with athletes and other practitioners, interactions with the Innovation department, or competitive intelligence, your aim will be to bring the best possible experience to all users of Samaya products, starting with our customers.
MISSIONS
CUSTOMER ADVICE & SERVICE :
- Handling of product-related customer queries (showroom, telephone, chat, e-mail)
- Handling of after-sales customer queries (repatriation of products, forwarding of issues to the relevant internal teams, collaboration with workshop and logistics)
- Showroom layout and welcoming of customers/athletes
- Support for B2C sales and deployment of loyalty strategy
PRODUCT USE EXPERTISE :
- Support for the creation of product training materials (team presentations, tutorials, sales meetings, Experience Days, etc.)
- Monitoring of forums, social networking groups and specialized sites and responding to comments in connection with Samaya
- Promotion of the bivouac/outdoor culture within the team.
PRODUCT MARKETING :
- Support for competitive intelligence and monthly reporting on market innovations
- Suggestions for improving and repositioning existing products based on consolidated customer feedback
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Organized and rigorous, you like things to be done well
- You have a minimum command of French and professional English
- You have a particular interest in outdoor sports
- You are at ease speaking and enjoy talking to others
- You are passionate about sharing your passion with others
