THE POSITION TO BE FILLED
You will be an integral part of the sales team, interacting with all areas of the company. You will be in direct contact with our BtoB customers and play a key role in the sales process, sales performance and the satisfaction of our partners and B2B customers.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS :
- Management of B2B customer requests (delivery, after-sales service, etc.)
- Management of sales database
- Implement operations and processes to improve customer relations and the service provided by Samaya.
- Participation in the organization and implementation of sales training, sales days and in-store sales activations.
- Occasional travel to events in the field.
- Implementation of a competitive intelligence system.
SALES ADMINISTRATION :
- Management of B2B customer order registration and fulfillment
- Management of invoicing and collection follow-up
- Management of sales support tools (master data, catalog, price list, order form, visual content, sales training support, etc.) and transmission to respective partners.
- Management of the B2B platform's back office (customers, orders, connections with logisticians, invoicing, etc.) in liaison with the E-commerce team.
- B2B customer database management
- Reporting of sales performance monitoring.
- Support for sales forecasts
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are organized, rigorous, efficient and proactive
- You have an analytical mind and are comfortable working with numbers
- You have a good command of Excel and the rest of the Office package
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are able to demonstrate autonomy in your work
- You are at ease in professional English
- You have a liking for outdoor sports
