WHO ARE WE?

Based in the heart of the Alps, Samaya is a French brand of technical equipment created in 2018 by mountaineers convinced that the ideal tent had yet to be imagined.

Samaya works passionately to reinvent lightweight roaming and simplify access to the night in the mountains, for expeditions in extreme conditions as well as for experiences in more accessible locations. Samaya aims to help create the conditions for the elevation of the spirit.

Samaya has moved into new premises near Lake Annecy. On a surface area of 1,000 m², Samaya brings together in the "Samaya High Camp":

Large, open, modern offices;
A showroom ;
A prototyping and production workshop;
A research area with a laboratory and test benches;
A young and dynamic team always ready for an outing in the mountains or for a convivial moment!

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

You will be an essential link in the whole commercial process. In direct contact with our logisticians, you will ensure the follow-up of stocks and will watch over the flow of goods to our customers. You will ensure the financial and administrative management of sales in close collaboration with the administrative and financial department. You will take a close look at the negotiation and respect of our commercial agreements. You will be in contact with our BtoB and BtoC customers and will play a key role in the sales process. Customer satisfaction will be your priority. 

SALES ADMINISTRATION

- Management and follow-up of orders
- Management and follow-up of invoicing
- Management and follow-up of shipments
- Follow-up of stocks with our logisticians
- Optimization of processes and commercial reporting tools
- Follow-up and analysis of KPIs
- Management of commercial contracts (from a legal point of view)

CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Customer advice by phone, e-mail, chat and in person in our showroom or at events
- Handling of BtoB & BtoC customer requests and complaints
- Management of after-sales service and customer satisfaction
- Sales (based on a sales techniques training module Samaya)

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Organized and rigorous, you like things well done
- You have good interpersonal skills and like to work in a team
- You have an analytical mind and are able to summarize
- You are comfortable with Excel
- You speak fluent English
