Samaya s ambition is to help create the conditions for the elevation of the spirit. This begins with the working environment for its team, on a 1,000 m² site close to Lake Annecy.

At Samaya High Camp, Samaya brings together large, open, modern offices, a showroom, a prototyping and production workshop, a research area with a laboratory and test benches, and a young, dynamic team always ready for a trip to the mountains or a friendly get-together!

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

Your role will be to ensure that sales and relations between the company and its customers run smoothly. Customer satisfaction will be one of your priorities. You will be responsible for sales administration and customer service. You will also be responsible for summarizing and monitoring the division's indicators. You will deputise for the Sales Manager during his travels.

 

SALES ADMINISTRATION :

- Manage and guarantee order entry, shipment and delivery to the customer (B2C/B2B/importers/pros)
- Manage invoicing, customer credit notes and any unpaid invoices or disputes
- Ensure administrative management of agents (commissions, contracts, requests)
- Manage relations with logisticians and monitor stocks, anticipating demand
- Respond to B2B customer requests (delivery, after-sales service, ....)
- Design and maintain a sales performance monitoring dashboard and reporting tools
- Assist the Division Manager with sales forecasts
- Keep the customer database up to date (addresses, contact history, receivables, ...)
- Manage the archiving and tracking of all contractual and administrative documents relating to the division.
 

CUSTOMER SERVICE :

- Ensure that a culture of customer satisfaction is anchored within the sales division
- Propose quality standards and procedures for customer service
- Implement operations and processes to improve customer relations
- Manage the showroom (maintenance, customer welcome and advice, promotion of the site)
- Manage the reception of customer requests (orders, deliveries, product returns, complaints, ..) and prepare after-sales service files
- Measure post-sales service customer satisfaction with a view to building customer loyalty.
 

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Good interpersonal skills, rigor, analytical mind, efficiency, proactivity
- Good command of Microsoft suite tools
- Good knowledge of the outdoor industry
- At ease in professional English
