At Samaya High Camp, Samaya brings together large, open, modern offices, a showroom, a prototyping and production workshop, a research area with a laboratory and test benches, and a young, dynamic team always ready for a trip to the mountains or a friendly get-together!

THE POSITION TO BE FILLED

At Samaya, we are convinced that it is essential to control your value chain. As a result, the supply chain has been placed at the heart of the company within the Operations division, which also includes our prototyping and production workshop as well as responsibility for the company's processes and CSR strategy. The Supply Chain & Process Assistant will work closely with the R&D teams on the industrialization of products but also with the Sales & Marketing teams in order to align supply and demand. He/she will also interact with external partners such as raw material suppliers as well as production plants and logisticians in order to better manage the production and distribution process. He/she will also be required to develop the company's processes and tools in order to improve the efficiency of the team and the flow of information between divisions.

 

- Production monitoring and stock control: Support in drawing up production schedules and quality controls to ensure product availability while limiting stock
- Logistics monitoring: Preparation of shipments, monitoring transport and arrivals at logistics centers.

Flow optimization: liaison with the Sales, Development and Finance departments to align the various information, product and financial flows.

Acceleration of the Made In France strategy: Involvement in the strategic project to relocate production to France, implementation of industrialization and production processes in our in-house workshop (assistance with raw material sourcing, optimization and improvement of the production line and its organization, etc.).

Setting up and monitoring processes: Help with the design and development of internal and external processes

Support for CSR strategy: Involvement in the company's CSR project and implementation of actions defined in the strategic plan (eco-design, made in France, sustainability, labels and regulations, etc.
).

 

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- You are looking for a 6-month internship and have a degree in supply chain, logistics or production management
- You have a good command of Excel
- You are fluent in professional English
- You are rigorous, organized and proactive, with a good ability to analyze and summarize
- You are proactive and autonomous in your tasks
- You are particularly attracted to the world of outdoor sports
